Cofely offers a total solution in energy provision in development areas. We do this by investing in the power station and general provisions, making us the owner of the power station. We then supply the energy and bear the building and maintenance costs, thereby also taking on part of the risk.

Right from the start of the area development, energy provision plays an important role, for example in the use of lighting, heating and air conditioning. Various elements make this is a complex challenge:
- It must be built into an area that is not yet finished and must ‘grow’ with the expansion.
