Cofely’s Clear Water concept is made up of 4 services:
- Technical Management: management and maintenance of all installations
Cofely can perform the daily management and maintenance of all the installations of a swimming pool: from the water purification to the central heating installation and from the lighting to the burglary prevention. - Total Guarantee: no unexpected costs
If you choose our Total Guarantee service, then Cofely will replace or repair installation parts free of charge in the event of an unexpected fault. There are no additional charges for resolving breakdowns, either. This ensures that you are not faced with unexpected costs. - Energy Guarantee: maximum efficiency
Energy Guarantee is an agreement in which we agree an ‘energy ceiling’ with you. By maintaining installations carefully and choosing efficient components, we do everything possible to your installations to keep the energy consumption lower than this agreed amount. - Facility management: everything contracted out
Besides the three services described above, Cofely can even take over the complete facility management. Together with our facility partners, we then provide the catering, security and cleaning, for example.
The Technical Management service forms the basis of Clear Water. The other three services can be combined with this.
