The UfD-Cofely Energy Efficiency Award
The University Fund Delft and Cofely (a GDF SUEZ company) want to encourage students to think about innovative solutions for reducing energy consumption. Therefore Cofely presents together with the University Fund Delft the UfD-Cofely-Energy Efficiency awards.
Are you a Master student at the TU Delft and do you have an innovative idea in the field of energy efficiency and sustainability? Perhaps your project, thesis or research report qualifies for one of the three UfD-Cofely Energy Efficiency awards. There is a first prize of €7.500 and two prizes of €2.500. The deadline expired. You can no longer apply for this contest.
But you are invited to the awards ceremony of the UfD-Cofely Energy Efficiency Awards on February 23th, 2012. The award ceremony will take place in the Senate Hall of the Aula Congress Centre of the Delft University of Technology, Mekelweg 5 in Delft. You are welcome from 3.00 p.m. The programme starts at 3.30 p.m. and will finish around 5.00 p.m. with drinks. You can register for the awards ceremony by sending an email to ufonds(at)tudelft.nl.
All entries will be judged by an expert panel on the aspects originality, innovation, feasibility and social relevance. In addition, they will be assessed based on the core values of Cofely: drive, commitment, daring and cohesion.
The jury consists of 3 professors of the TU Delft, an expert in the field, a representative of Cofely and a representative of the University Fund.
